| Zarząd Santander Bank Polska S.A. niniejszym przekazuje decyzję ratingową Agencji Fitch Ratings, o której Bank powziął informację w dniu 11 czerwca 2021 r. W dniu 11 czerwca 2021 roku Agencja Ratingowa Fitch Ratings zmieniła perspektywę ratingu dla Santander Bank Polska S.A. z negatywnej na stabilną. Zmiana perspektywy jest następstwem zmiany perspektywy spółki matki Banco Santander z negatywnej na stabilną (Banco Santander S.A.'s A-/Stable/a-). Fitch potwierdził ratingi IDR na poziomie BBB+ oraz VR na poziomie bbb+. Pełne ogłoszenie opublikowane przez Agencję w języku angielskim znajduje się w załączniku do tego raportu. | 11-06-2021 Current report no. 21/2021 Fitch Ratings affirms Santander Bank Polska IDR rating at BBB+ and changes the perspective to stable from negative. The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby publishes the rating decision issued by Fitch Ratings Agency, of which the Bank received information on June 11, 2021. On June 11, 2021 Fitch Rating Agency changed the rating perspective of Santander Bank Polska S.A. from negative to stable. The change of perspective is a consequence of the change of perspective of the parent company Banco Santander from negative to stable (Banco Santander S.A.'s A- / Stable / a-). Fitch has affirmed Santander BP’s IDR at ‘BBB+’ and its VR at ‘bbb+’. The full Fitch Ratings publication for Polish banks is attached to this report.
