| Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje o rozwiązaniu w dniu 22 września 2021 r. umowy wydawniczej z Amuzing Park Corp. z siedzibą w Seulu (Korea Południowa), zawartej w dniu 13 stycznia 2020 r. Na podstawie umowy Emitent planował wydać na platformach iOS i Android grę Mythical Showdown (pierwotna nazwa Amusing Heroes). Gra nie osiągnęła oczekiwanych na etapie rozwoju projektu wskaźników. W związku z tym Zarząd Spółki postanowił o rozwiązaniu umowy i skierowaniu sił i środków zaangażowanych w projekt po stronie Emitenta do gier o wyższym potencjale komercyjnym. |

(hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), hereby announces the termination of the publishing agreement with Amuzing Park Corp on September 22nd 2021. based in Seoul (South Korea), concluded on January 13, 2020. Under the agreement, the Issuer planned to release Mythical Showdown (originally Amusing Heroes) on iOS and Android platforms.</font></span> </b> </p> <p dir="ltr" align="justify" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt"> <b charset="utf-8" id="docs-internal-guid-b4a01a7c-7fff-4844-06f3-3bdb9bbd3d03"><span style="font-variant: normal; white-space: pre-wrap"><font size="10pt" face="Lato,sans-serif" color="#1f497d">The game did not reach the indicators expected at the stage of project development.
